Fake Kurotabō (にせ黒田坊, Nise Kurotabō) is a Yōkai who slightly resembles Kurotabō and used that likeness to his advantage by claiming to be the latter. Along with the Fake Aotabō, he went to clubs and used Kurotabō's name and reputation to get women, alcohol, etc. When the real versions stumbles across them, he and his partner are kicked out of the club and run into Ryūji and Mamiru, who beat up both the Fake Aotabō and him. They were still alive when Aotabo run into them, just unconscious.

- The seiyū for Fake Aotabō and Fake Kurotabō have been mismatched from the seiyū of Aotabō and Kurotabō. The seiyū for Fake Kurotabō is also the seiyū for Aotabō, whereas the seiyū for Fake Aotabō, Kōsuke Toriumi, is also the seiyū for Kurotabō.
