Hebidayu (蛇太夫, Hebidayu) is a snake-faced yōkai and Zen's former subordinate. His neck can extend like a real snake's body, enabling him to attack distant foes. Along with several other like-minded subordinates of the Yakushi Clan, he turned against Zen upon learning that the latter didn't have much life left. He claimed the only reason he had followed Zen was because it seemed the easiest route to higher goals. He set fire to the Yakushi Clan's headquarters, but was prevented from killing Zen by Rikuo's "night" form, who sliced Hebidayu in half.
